Statement:

The idea for this company began during COVID, when many organizations downsized and I was left without work for nearly a year. With over 35 years as a Grants and Contracts Professional, I developed expertise in reorganizing organizations and creating effective structures for those receiving awards for the first time. After another layoff in May 2025 due to budget cuts, I decided to form my own team of experienced professionals. Our goal is to help organizations facing budget constraints operate efficiently at a reduced cost. We’ve already started drafting proposals and hired a Vice President, and I am enthusiastic about what lies ahead.
