  • JSERV is developing AI workforce re-entry training designed to be accessible for adult learners, including adults over 50. Our goal is to deliver practical AI literacy, responsible AI use, and job-aligned digital skills that help participants build confidence, improve productivity, and prepare for today’s workforce.Description text goes here

  • JSERV (Joint Services for Enterprise Research and Validation) is a Prince George’s County, Maryland–based organization building programs and services focused on AI automation planning, compliance-ready grants/contracts operations support, and workforce re-entry program operations. Our long-term aim is to strengthen communities and organizations across the DMV through responsible AI adoption, climate resilience support, and housing affordability initiatives.

  • JSERV is based in Prince George’s County, Maryland and is building partnerships to serve the DMV region (Washington, DC; Maryland; and Virginia).

  • JSERV is building capacity to support housing affordability initiatives through program operations setup, compliance documentation, reporting workflows, partner coordination, and outcomes tracking. Our goal is to help housing-focused teams strengthen delivery, stay organized, and measure impact in a way that supports growth and sustainability.

  • JSERV leadership includes Jamise Brown (President & CEO) and Nobue King (VP, Partner). As programs expand, JSERV plans to engage additional collaborators and partners to support operations, training delivery, and community-based initiatives.

  • Community-based climate resilience initiatives often include:

    • Resilience hubs and neighborhood preparedness planning

    • Heat mitigation (cooling access, tree canopy, cooling centers)

    • Flood readiness and stormwater solutions (green infrastructure)

    • Energy efficiency and weatherization

    • Resilience power planning and emergency coordination

    JSERV’s goal is to support these efforts by helping partners plan programs, organize documentation, pursue funding, and track outcomes.

    • Local housing departments and housing authorities

    • Continuum of Care (CoC) networks and homeless services providers

    • Nonprofit housing organizations and community action agencies

    • Legal aid organizations and tenant support groups

    • Workforce development and supportive services partners

    A strong starting point is local county/city housing offices and the 211 resource line for referrals.

  • Effective collaboration starts with listening to community needs, defining clear outcomes, reducing barriers to participation, and building partner pipelines that support placement and wraparound services. JSERV’s goal is to help nonprofits strengthen program design and delivery by creating operational workflows, simple reporting systems, partner coordination practices, and outcome measurement approaches.
